General Terms

You are required to complete the Order Form / Shopping Cart to place the Order. Any incomplete Order Form / Shopping Cart will not be accepted as a confirmed Order and hence will not be executed.

1. Prices are liable to be revised without any prior information.
2. An order cannot be altered or canceled after it has been executed.
3. The right to accept/reject the order and the right to execute/not to complete the order remain completely with GPH / pendownpress.com.
4. All terms, matters & disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.

Governing Law

Subscription / Membership Fee

Pendownpress.com Network reserves the right to charge subscription or membership fees in respect of any part, or aspect of the Pendownpress.com site upon reasonable prior notice. Certain services provided by Pendownpress.com Network are currently provided free of charge to all users of the Pendownpress.com site. Pendownpress.com Network reserves the right to charge usage fees for such services upon providing reasonable prior notice.
