At Pendown Press, we are committed to delivering your books quickly, safely, and reliably — across India.

Delivery Timelines

• All orders are shipped within 3 to 7 working days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment.

• Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on the destination and courier service availability.

Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship only within India.

• Orders with international shipping addresses will not be processed.

Shipping Partners

• We use trusted domestic courier services and/or India Post for all deliveries to ensure safe and timely arrival.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your order.

• When multiple products are ordered from the same category, the combined weight is used to calculate a single delivery fee.

Example: If three books weigh 200g, 250g, and 400g, the system calculates one shipping charge for a package of 850g.

Delivery Confirmation

• You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details on your registered email ID once the order is dispatched.

Responsibility

• Pendown Press ensures that all orders are dispatched within the promised timeline.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or any damage caused during transit.
